Kate Kaftan Dress

The Kate builds a flower straight into the bodice, which is not how evening dresses for women usually begin. Sculpted petals fold around a central ring and open small windows of skin at the waist, and below that a burnt orange column falls straight and unbothered to the floor.

The cutouts are neat and stay put while you move, which is not true of every dress that tries this. Sunset orange also happens to love gold jewelry.
