Returns Policy Overview
We stand by our products and offer a 15-day return window (from delivery date) for most unused, unworn items in original condition. Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Return Process

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Email us at support@lilyprettygal.com with:

    • Item(s) to return

    • Reason for return

    • Quality issues? Include clear photos for assessment.

Step 2: Follow Instructions

  • Await our email with approved return authorization and shipping guidelines (response within 24 hours).

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after:

    • Warehouse receipt of items

    • Quality inspection approval


Eligibility Criteria

 Timing: Request returns within 15 days of delivery.
 Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and include original tags/packaging.
 Gifts: Must be returned immediately in pristine condition.


Non-Returnable Items

❌ Swimwear (sanitary reasons)
❌ Used, altered, or damaged items
❌ Items returned without prior authorization
❌ Gifts that are lost, used, or incomplete (partial refunds may apply)


Non-Quality Related Returns

The following do not qualify as quality defects:

  • Minor imperfections (loose threads, raw edges)

  • Subjective preferences (style, color, sizing*)

  • Discrepancies due to monitor color variations

  • Wear-and-tear from use, washing, or improper care

  • Defects disclosed at purchase

*Sizing guidance is advisory; refer to our sizing chart for accuracy.


Important Notes

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and Shipping Guarantee.

  • Address Instructions:

    • Do NOT ship to the sender’s address on your package.

    • Return addresses are provided only after authorization.

    • Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you receive an item that is the wrong size, incorrect color, or has a quality issue, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Before sending any items back, please contact our after-sales support team so we can guide you through the proper process.
