About Coupon Codes

1. How do I use a coupon code?
Choose the items you like and hit checkout from the cart, then click “Show order summary.” Type your code, click ‘Apply’, and if it’s valid, your discount will be applied.
Heads up: one code per order.

2. Promotions and discounts
We often have great promotions running on our website. Remember to enter the discount/promo code at checkout—it cannot be applied later.

3. What should I do if I forget to use my coupon code?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts manually after the order is completed.

1. Do I have to order online?
Yes, as we are an online retailer, orders must be placed online. It’s the fastest, safest, and most secure method.

2. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via PayPal. (Check payment options on-site.)

3. Is it safe to order online?
Shopping with lilyprettygal is safe! We are a member of “Verified by Visa” and “Secure by Mastercard.” We use industry-standard encryption to protect sensitive information such as your name, address, and payment details.

4. How do I know if my order was received?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email (please allow up to 30 minutes). A shipping notification email will follow once your order is processed. If you don’t see the emails, check your spam folder and ensure you entered the correct email address.

5. Can I make changes to my order?
Email us at support@lilyprettygal.com if your order is still processing. If it has already shipped, changes are no longer possible.

6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your tracking number is available, we’ll email it to you. You can also track your order via the shipping carrier’s website.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Contact support@lilyprettygal.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll help cancel it. If already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We’re sorry! Please email support@lilyprettygal.com with your order number, the product code, a photo of the item, and the issue—within 30 days of receiving the order.


About Delivery

1. Where do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide.

2. Do you deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?
Yes, for orders under USD $50. Do not choose expedited shipping.

3. Will I be charged customs and import duties?
Depending on your country and order value, your lilyprettygal parcel may incur duties. These charges are your responsibility. We often declare lower values to avoid customs, but please check with your local customs office for exact details.

4. How long will delivery take?
Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days

  • Shipping time:

    • Flat Rate Shipping: 7–25 business days

    • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

    • Express Shipping: 4–10 business days

Shipping times may be affected by holidays, bad weather, customs, and destination.

5. Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. If shipping to your workplace, include the company name and your full contact name for smooth delivery.

6. What if my parcel does not arrive?
