Delphine Beaded Gown

One shoulder carries a thousand points of light. Gala dresses are supposed to arrive last and leave first, and the Delphine was built for exactly that. Beaded lines sweep diagonally across the fitted body, then dissolve into soft plumes through the flared skirt.
